Dual Enrollment Resources

Parent Information

Our Parent Preview nights and information designed for parents and guardians allows you to explore how your students can take college classes and/or earn college credit for free.

Early College Credit Option (ECCO)

ECCO gives dual enrolled students the opportunity to:

  1. Register for additional courses beyond the number allowed through dual enrollment.
  2. Take college courses not available through dual enrollment, such as applied music classes or one credit service learning classes.
  3. Repeat a course for grade forgiveness on the student’s college record.

After H.S. - Make the Switch from DE

When students who have dual enrolled while in high school transition to being a full-time college student, they do not need to reapply to EFSC. However, if you participated in Dual Enrollment, Early College (formerly Collegiate High) or earned DE Credits at your school, there are some requirements you need to take care of so you can continue at EFSC once you graduate. Check out this flyer on making the transition.
